Managing Rewards

Creating a New Reward​

To reward your users, go to the Rewards section and click on "Create New Reward".

1. Choose a Reward Type​

Pick from the available reward types (e.g., Manual, Webhook, Coupon, In-game item...).

2. Fill in Reward Details​

  • Reward Name
  • Points required to redeem
  • Description
  • Thumbnail image

3. (Optional) Add Extra User Data​

If you need additional info from the user to process the reward (like their wallet address, game email, etc.), click on "More Options" and add Extra User Data fields.

Each field includes:

  • Key (e.g., discord_id)
  • Type (text, email, number...)
  • Placeholder (what the user sees)
  • Description
  • Regex (optional, for validation)

Managing Redemptions​

Once users start redeeming rewards:

  • If the reward type is manual, their redemption will show in the Pending List
  • You can go to the Redeemers page to approve or reject requests
